Becoming an Overseas Distributor

We welcome all inquiries however it is essential the distributor has an understanding of our products and the market they are trading in.

Requirements of the Distributor
1) Tried and tested our products
2) Have experience in the health and beauty market
3) Undertaken market research
4) Knowledge of your local FDA regulations
5) Knowledge of local import requirements
6) Have or defined there distribution channels
7) Have business and marketing plan
8) Submit business proposal
9) Approve & sign distribution agreement
10) Open office or showroom

No Sole Agency is offered until a minimum of 18 months continuous trading is completed or unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Minimum Order

There is no set minimum purchase but as a general rule we require a order of 1,800 pieces. With a minimum of 600 pieces per product.

Prices are available to approved applicants

Payment

Nature’s Beauty International requires payment by Telegraphic transfer before the goods are despatched. We do not have credit card facilities.

Despatch & Freight

Despatch
All orders are despatched within 30 days of confirmed order on a pallet.

Delivery Mode
To maximize product quality the goods are to be sent by airfreight.
At all times the goods need to be stored in a cool (under 30degrees), dry area away from direct sunlight.

Delivery Time
Outside of New Zealand varies from place to place.

Freight Agent
The distributor is responsible to find the freight agent. There are many agents, some of which specialize in different overseas markets.

Freight Charge
Our terms are FOB Auckland. This means we will deliver your order to your freight agent in Auckland at our expense. The distributor will take responsibility for the goods at this point.

Return / Replacement Policy

If you are not happy with the product in any way, we will replace it or credit your account. However Nature’s Beauty does not accept responsibility for damage caused from freight and incorrect storage. Notification of any defect is required within 14 days of delivery.
