Despatch, Courier & Freight
Despatch
All standard orders are despatched same day when the
order is received before 3pm.
Delivery Time
Within New Zealand orders take 1 to 2 working days to deliver
in the North Island and 3 to 4 working days for the South
Island. Large orders dispatched by pallet take 3 to 5 working
days. If goods are not received in this time
please call us and we will track the goods for you.
Freight Charge
There is no freight or handling charges when the order
exceeds $900 before GST. If the order is less than $900 a standard
courier fee is charged; Auckland $5, North Island $10
and South Island $15.
Invoice / Delivery docket
All despatches are accompanied by a GST invoice, the
invoice being affixed to the outside of the outer carton.
Return / Replacement Policy
If you are not happy with the product in any way, we
will replace it or credit your account. However any
return should be notified to Nature’s Beauty in writing
within fourteen days of delivery.
Payment
Nature’s Beauty prefer payment by direct credit, however
we are happy to accept payment by cash or cheque. Please
post cheques to our postal address P.O.Box 57094, Auckland
1340.
Discount
Nature's Beauty offers discount for prompt payment(COD)
and for large orders. Feel free to contact us for the
