Delivery – From just $5.00 per shipment⁣

Free delivery for orders over $30.00⁣

Once your order has been dispatched, it will take an estimated 1-3 business days to arrive. Rural deliveries may take an additional 1-3 business days.

Holidays/weekends are not included in transit time.⁣

We cannot ship to PO Boxes.⁣

For Customers in Australia:⁣

Express Delivery – From $29.90 per shipment.⁣

Once your order has been dispatched, it will be sent via express delivery and will take an estimated 2-5 business days to arrive. Holidays/weekends are not included in transit time.⁣

Sales Restriction: Nature’s Beauty branded products are not permitted to be shipped or sold in the United States of America.⁣



Customs & Import Restrictions Disclaimer⁣:

It’s entirely your responsibility to ensure that any goods which you order are not prohibited/restricted within your delivery country. Nature’s Beauty (NZ) Ltd accept no liability for the refund/replacement of any goods or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries Customs Office or other government body. Likewise, any import duty or tax payable on your order is not our responsibility and is beyond our control. If an order is returned to us by your countries import authorities in resalable condition, we’ll refund you the value of the order less any postage costs incurred to us. We can’t provide a refund until we’ve received the products back. We don’t provide refunds on parcels that are detained or confiscated at your countries customs due to containing items which are prohibited.

Any additional import duty or tariffs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. We accept no liability for any goods lost in transit outside of New Zealand.

Damaged & Faulty Goods:

All Nature’s Beauty products are inspected before sale to ensure our products are sent in perfect condition. However should you experience any problems with your order please contact us on and we will either send you a replacement or a refund.

Cancelled Order:

You may cancel your order prior to your order being processed / sent. Please note that orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours if the order is placed on Monday – Friday. Please send an email to as soon as possible if you would like to cancel a recent order and we will refund the cost.



We pride ourselves on our integrity and providing our valued customers with high quality products. Our returns policy for online purchases is made easy, if you are not satisfied with your product in any way we will either send a replacement or refund your money.

Return the products in their original packaging to us within 30 days and we will send a refund minus the freight cost. It is best to send us an email to first or give us a call before sending the goods back to us. If you wish to exchange your purchase for another product of equal or lesser value we will pay the freight for the replacement item(s). Unfortunately your original postage and/or import duty, customs fees and local sales taxes (levies) charges are not refundable. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned the item(s) and we will send you an email once the refund has been processed.
